Rosealee M. Lee, CAE
Chief Executive Officer
Rosealee has been actively creating and providing management and convention services to non-profit organizations for over 27 years. She co-founded and has successfully led the ARDEL group since 1987, and is Board Chairman of ConveneMachine®, Inc., a sister company she launched in 2002. An allied service, Global Success, is a recently-developed consulting service focused on training association managers in the art and skill of leadership, business management and communication.

Professionally, Rosealee has achieved recognition as a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and continues to be an active and leading member of several national and regional professional organizations, including the Convention Industry Council, and the American Society of Association Executives. She has delivered presentations in North America and Europe, and has published numerous papers and articles concerning association, convention and business management.

Under her guidance, the ARDEL group has achieved the distinction of being one of only 28 association management corporations worldwide to be accredited in accordance with ANSI standards.

Operationally, Rosealee has continuously followed the principle that association management services begin with people…..people who are creative, dedicated to achieving the client's objectives, and sensitive to a changing environment and set of needs. Personal respect, integrity and ethical behavior are the three other key focal points of her philosophy.

Reflecting her long term passion for education and developing younger professionals in the field, Rosealee also devotes time as a college instructor in Public Relations, Meeting and Event Management.

David J. Lee
Chairman of the Board
David is the co-founder of the ARDEL group, and has a wide professional background in the fields of communications, operations planning, marketing and sales. Although retired from daily operations, he maintains an active interest in the quality and efficiency of the organization, and in maintaining selected client relationships.

Board Member
An attorney with the office of Bowman and Brooke LLP. Bowman and Brooke LLP is a trial law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Detroit, Phoenix, Richmond, San Jose and Minneapolis. Bowman and Brooke LLP specializes in the defense of product manufacturers including among others, Ford, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, Ecolab, and Polaris, and their attorneys have successfully tried cases in all 50 states.

In addition to defending products liability actions, Mr. Fowlkes represents both for-profit and non-profit corporations in matters concerning commercial disputes and transactions, employment dispute resolution, general litigation, commercial contracts and business management.
